    Reconciling your business checking account each month allows me to keep your bank account and accounting up-to-date.  Additional benefits include :

    • Detecting and preventing excess or unjustified bank charges and ensure that transactions are posted in the correct amounts.

  • Balance Sheet

    Sometimes referred to as the statement of financial position, this financial statement reports the assets (resources owned) , liabilities, and equity of a business enterprise at a specific date .  This statement will assist in analyzing financial flexibility including liquidity and solvency, identifying & analyzing trends in payables and receivables, and monitoring cash reserves.

  • Income Statement

    This statement, sometimes referred to as a profit and loss statement, measures earnings and spending over a period of time.  This statement can be used to determine profitability, investment value, and credit worthiness.  This statement adds an itemized list of all your revenues and subtracts an itemized list of all of your expenses to determine your profit or loss for the period.

  • General Ledger Detail

    In addition to preparing financial statemens, you will receive a report that details the changes in account balances  during the period .

Bookkeeping services are provided on a monthly or quarterly basis, based on the volume of transactions.

 

All you need to provide are key documents including bank statements and information to support cash inflows and outflows,
